Total years of experience :3 years, 8 Months
▪ Mentor graduate students with project work
▪ Perform experiments to conduct modal analysis of specimens via linear dynamic shakers and impact hammers
and give demonstrations to postgraduate students
▪ Conduct experiments and numerical simulations to study wave dynamics in granular metamaterials which
exhibit essentially nonlinear interaction
▪ Create tutorials & standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operating hardware & software packages
▪ Designed & fabricated a mechanism to provide impulsive excitation on the granular chain.
▪ Designed equipment to mount force sensors and facilitate planar motion via CAD
▪ Conduct experiments to demonstrate systems exhibiting multiple degrees of freedom in linear air track
▪ Conduct review sessions for coursework and assignments
I specialized in the area of vibrations and approximate analytical methods to probe nonlinear vibrations in mechanical systems. Further, I submitted my Masters thesis labelled 'Dynamical Analysis of liquid sloshing employing phenomenological mechanical model' and successfully defended it.
