Responsibilities
• Coordinating with design team and Subcontractors for the execution of works as per the project standard & quality.
• Coordinating with Subcontractor & clearing the constrains in site to complete the work before the deadline.
• Leading daily site meeting with Authority, Client, and all subcontractors.
• Training new/existing sub-contractors on following the project standard & quality by conducting frequent review meetings.
• Forecasting and managing manpower and machinery requirements at site keeping in mind cost and time limitations. Supervising all activities on project site.
• Constantly tracking project progress and reporting to planning department to update baselines in the project plan.
• Assisting Quantity Surveying Department in preparation and submission of interim and final invoices on time to ensure timely positive cash flows in the project.
• Ensuring that the whole execution team follows up-to-date construction Safety Standards at site.
• Ensuring smooth project close out by taking approval on Inspection Request as per the ITP.
• Assisting design team for the preparation & submission of the as-built drawings.
• Taking initiative in coordinating with QA/QC department for the snags close out.
• Leading daily site walk with Client for closing desnags comments and apartments handover.

Responsibilities
• Arranging and conducting preliminary site surveys and client meetings for assisting estimators in preparation of competitive and efficient cost estimates.
• Leading Weekly site meeting with Authority, Client and all subcontractor’s
• Assisting design team in the preparation of detailed shop drawings as per client requirements.
• Preparing material-submittal schedules for the complete project.
• Taking initiatives in obtaining substitute materials, keeping in mind quality of work, thereby facilitating efficient value engineering.
• Calculating and ordering materials required for the project. Ensuring least material wastage by implementing precise quantity calculation and efficient construction methods.
