Offering different schemes of credit cards that include Balance Transfer, Easy Payment Plans, & Easy Cash Loan.
Enhances & establishes relationships with existing & prospective customers.
Handling customer statement query & other financial charges query.
Also providing other details apart from credit cards like personal loans & all other products that bank deal with.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
Visiting potential customers for new business.
Work within the compliance boundaries set by the regulatory bodies and the Bank.
Represent the organization to the corporate sector at senior levels of the management.
