Responsible for maintenance planning and scheduling of normal maintenance, shut downs / Turnarounds of offshore oil wells, barges and GOSPS (Gas & Oil Separator Plant) which includes maintenance of static and rotating equipment’s, cathodic protection and subsea lines repairs through SAP PM. Responsible mainly to ensure safe, reliable and cost effective maintenance within budget and schedule, ensuring sufficient resource availability to support maintenance, meeting applicable standards for smooth and safe operation of above plants .
Review all planned work request (Notifications) from assigned area and determine validity and accuracy of information and engage the appropriate resources to set a preliminary priority.
Create work order under approved Notifications, including estimation of materials and manpower (internal and external) in the job requirements.
Conduct site visit and evaluate the job requirement before planning and executing some critical jobs.
Coordinate with maintenance supervisor, production supervisor, and mechanical /instrument/ electrical team leaders and develop maintenance routines day to day basis.
Preparation of the scope and work packages for the Supervisors and Manpower planning, identifying the long lead critical materials and raising the purchase requisition through DC (Direct Charge)/ B2B (Business to Business) using SAP.
Check on spare parts availability & follow up spares required to maintain plant operation.
For the non-stock material, contact with vendors in kingdom and outside kingdom for quotation.
Follow up and expedite the PR and PO for the required materials and contractors by contacting material department, purchasing department and vendors.
Creating new equipment and functional location in SAP system for the newly installed equipment’s.
Cataloging of materials and linked under existing or newly created BOM \\[Bill of materials\\].
Processing of work orders related to metal works like process piping, hydro-test of valves, blasting/ painting works, fire water system and steel structural in the plants, offshore platform and barges.
Processing/ planning of T&I Work Orders including the required materials.
Conduct daily and weekly meeting, Scheduling works on weekly and daily basis for both preventive and breakdown maintenance jobs.
Responsible for planning and implementing the Scope of Work (SOW) actions related to Turnaround / Shutdown of various projects and assignments.
Attend Monthly work order progress and Inspection Worksheet meeting.
Control maintenance cost through budget setting and cost control.
Technically complete the work order after the completion of the job.
Try to keep KPI, schedule compliance and planning effectiveness at maximum level keep the Work order turnaround time at minimum level.
Manage the status of work control and backlog for work order submission to work order completion. Status may include waiting for planning, waiting materials and etc. Continuously improve the job estimate, planning and scheduling by receiving feedback from maintenance supervisor, maintenance leads and engineers

1) Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical equipment, dies/tools, and controls, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD / Micro station) equipment.
2) Coordinate with and consult other workers to design, lay out, or detail components and systems and to resolve design or other problems.
3) Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component designs and the procedures and instructions to be followed.
4) Compute mathematical formulas to develop and design detailed specifications for components or machinery, using computer-assisted equipment.
5) Position instructions and comments onto drawings.
6) Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies or to reduce production problems.
7) Design scale or full-size blueprints of specialty items, such as furniture and automobile body or chassis components.
8) Check dimensions of materials to be used and assign numbers to the material
9) Lay out and draw schematic, orthographic, or angle views to depict functional relationships of components, assemblies, systems, and machines.
10) Confer with customer representatives to review schematics and answer questions pertaining to installation of systems.
11) Draw freehand sketches of designs, trace finished drawings onto designated paper for the reproduction of blueprints, and reproduce working drawings on copy machines.
12) Supervise and train other drafters, technologists, and technicians.
13) Lay out, draw, and reproduce illustrations for reference manuals and technical publications to describe operation and maintenance of mechanical systems.
14) Shade or color drawings to clarify and emphasize details and dimensions and eliminate background, using ink, crayon, airbrush, and overlays
