Plans the execution of maintenance work activities of the Maintenance Department through scheduling of work and allocating of tasks to subordinates as well as coordination of all maintenance activities being carried out in the allocated areas to ensure that plant and equipment remains in good operations conditions with minimum disruption of reduction.
Planning & scheduling all the daily, weekly & Monthly maintenance activities including PM jobs according to the available resources.
Discuss with Production Engineer, Mechanical Engineer & with the concern area supervisors about the job criticality, job scope, safety & risk involved before planning the job.

Preparing the Job Packages consists of task list, schedule, collecting drawings, work force, material & support requirements, contract jobs & it evaluations, MOC requirements, with the help of respective maintenance.

*Supporting Maintenance with required recommendations & Material to perform Identified Equipment Miantenance
*Coordinate & follow up with the Area, contractors and respective departments for arranging all support services for the execution of a maintenance activity before its scheduled start time
• The repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery such as tractor, tiller, combine harvester, pump sets and various diesel and petrol engines.
• Involved in the preparation of project reports and its execution, Engineering design, drawings
• Preparation of estimates for Engineering Works
• Inventory Management of Engineering Stores.
