* Developed and implemented Tags printing application for tag printing team, resulting in manual work time
saving of up to 50%, enhancing productivity for client and company.
* Prevented manual data entries and reduced the number of system interfaces by initiating and giving effect
to new application Talent Management Solution in order to facilitate the users to spend time on value
added tasks.
* Automated Treasury Department Processes initiative to migrate the entire business process ran through
excel to audited software helping in identifying erroneous and duplicated payments. The process helped to
delegate work within the team and eliminated manual work, along with the missing control over the payment
process.
* Integrated Automated Government Services Dashboard for kuwaitization avoiding government fines. As
the effect: each business was able to track and manage the Kuwaiti talent pools.
