Responsible for inflow of funds from customers from the sale proceeds.
Balance confirmation from debtors for auditors.
Debtors ageing.
MIS on Debtors on monthly basis.
Accounts Payables-:
Balance confirmation for creditors from and to auditors.
Reporting-:
Directly to the CFO of India Operation and to the Group Treasury Head.
MIS preparation for Management on Debtors and on Forex (INR against Reserve Currency Bucket).

Analyzed and proposed the management for currency swap for billing in the Local currency for purchase of materials from the Group companies.
Overdue collections from Debtors were reduced to less than 10% from the total debtors.

Co-ordination with Accounts & Finance & Operation Team for procuring the data of Consumption of Consumables, labour and other direct Overhead for the purpose of deduction to be claimed against VAT payable.
Preparation of Data for filing VAT & CST Return
Arrangement of C form and WAYBill for our Rajasthan operation and Bihar operations.
Preparation of MIS in respect of state wise Tax generated and updating of case status.
Banking Operations-:
Responsible for BRS in SAP and also in Tally.
Keeping tracks of Cheques.
Responsible for keeping up to date bank accounts.
Keeping tracks of different interest rates in bank for Investment Purposes.
Liasioning with bank.
Treasury Operations-:
Preparing documents for Letter of Credit.
Issuing bank Guarantee and amendments.
Preparing proposal for Working Capital Loan and Term Loan.
Negotiating with the banks on rates for investment.
Coordinating with the banks for investing in the Commercial Papers.
