1. Sales Activities

2. Customer Support Activities
i. Liaise with overseas agents, local Shipping Lines to get competitive Import rates and file them.
ii. Prepare Freight Memos and assist Customer Services team to Issue Freight Invoices.
iii. Communicate with Overseas Agents & shippers to arrange timely issuance of Shipping Order, Delivery Order & Customs clearance.
iv. Liaising with third parties to transport cargo by land, air or sea according to customer needs.
v. Coordinate multi point loading and monitor shipment movement.
vi. Finding out the most appropriate route for a shipment through research.
vii. Assisting customer in the event of any claim.
viii. Preparing MIS reports as desired by management.
ix. Tracking import shipments to gather real-time shipment status.
x. Dealing with special kind of shipments like foodstuff, medical supplies, thermal products, DGR/IMCAO goods and other fragile items.


3. Finance & Accounts Receivable/Payable Activities
i. Create Credit approval for each & every consignment.
ii. Follow up with finance team to arrange overseas agent’s payments.
iii. Ensure sending freight invoicing to Clients & collect payments as per schedule.
iv. Chase customer to gather the long outstanding payments.
