• Maintain an updated Payroll record of all employee details such as change in salary or allowances, absenteeism, sick leave, car loan or change in bank accounts.
• Assist in preparing vouchers (vacation, resignation, dismissal and etc.)
• Create final settlements when employees leave the company permanently.
• Make and receive calls from employees.
• Do banking works (gathering new iqama copies and send to main office, distribution of atm cards, issuing forms: PTA Payroll Transfer Authorization, Refund Balance transfer authorization).
• Printing monthly reports, pay slips, payroll report & etc.
• Operate office machineries such as photocopier, scanner and telephone.
• Make and received calls.
• Print daily logsheets, distribute and enter data.
• Print weekly work order schedule and closed work order recap of previous week.
• Enter and print work orders.
• Make and submit monthly reports to main office.
• File and retrieve records and reports.
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies.
• Operate office machineries such as fax machine, photocopier and scanner.
