Site-in-Charge - Sr. Hardware and Software Support Engineer
• Responsible for the creation of New Wells and AFE in WellView/Osprey/Well Header Application.
• Responsible for supervising the daily loading of Well Data (i.e. Borehole, Casing, Cement, Perforation, Pump, Failure and Inspection Data) using Osprey, WellView, Openworks and Object Loader Centre (OLC) in order to produce well schematics, deviations, summary reports and data migration from Osprey/WellView to Finder database.
• Act as the main person to ensure consistency/reliability of the data which are being loaded in the corporate database (i.e. Finder, WellView, Openworks, Petrel) using database tools like Toad, SQL+, and SQL Server.
• Spearheading the development of the division’s wiki pages/portal using Confluence (Atlassian) and facilitate training for the other staff, acts as the trainer for web page creation.
• Well-versed in using well related applications such as Osprey Reports (Schlumberger), WellView (Peloton), In-house application (PowerBuilder), and Openworks which are running on database software’s like SQL Server and Oracle.
• Facilitated the installation/configuration of the Windows Server 2008 R2 for WellView application. One of the panelists in reviewing WellView functionality and aid in determining user groups. (i.e. Drilling, Work Over, Asset Management Team and Production Operations)
• Well-versed in WellView Administration, DB Security and database structure.
• Identify specific workflows required by each user group to allow the configuration to be developed e.g. report formats, standard code sets, schematics templates, data analysis requirements.
• Review historical data currently in Osprey Reports, Excel and other 3rd party systems.
• Act as the key person for the data clean-up and core samples labeling in the Physical Assets Team.
• In-charge in the Well Testing Application and main person to provide support for any data related issues/concerns in Well Testing (i.e. Well Conflicts, Closures, Request, Entry and Validation). Mainly involve in the modification and enhancement of the Well Testing Application and creating workflows between Asset Management Team, Productions Operations, and well testing contractors to achieve a smooth and consistent data flow for all.
• Developed In-house application for EPDM and Asset Integrity Team using Microsoft Access (Front End)
and Oracle (Database).
Site-in-Charge - Hardware and Software Support Engineer
• Responsible for support/monitoring of conference room reservation system and Kiosk machines at Head
Office and satellite offices.
• Install and configure database related applications like Oracle (6i, 8i, 9i & 10g), Maximo 6, and
Primavera 3.5, Toad, RRM, Aspen software and in-house software like TIMS, DIMS, and RIMS.
• Performing remote assistance support using Terminal Services/RDC, Zenworks, RA, RAdmin & NetOp.
• Execute Jobs as per daily schedule (Maintenance/Backup).
• In-charge in the installation of new computers (Desktop, Laptop & Tablet), printers, and peripheral
equipment’s according to the regulations set by the Top Management (Manager’s, DMD’s, and C&MD).
• Responsible for the preparation, configuration, and maintenance of Top Management Board Room and
Video Conference System.
• Providing support to ensure the smooth operation of In-house applications using oracle web applications
(i.e. HR, IIRS, Discoverer, etc…)
• Responsible for the creation/deployment of image (Windows XP, Vista and 7) for HP Desktop PC,
notebooks, and tablets using imaging software’s like Norton Ghost and Acronis.

Remote Support Engineer - Novell Administration
Performed and executed the following task:
• Maintenance of Novell Directory Services/eDirectory for KNPC.
• Placement of users, groups, printers, workstations, containers, volumes, servers and other object.
• Create Modify, Update, Move Users, and their respective properties. (Create/Modify/Update Login
Account, Update user details in NDS and transfer login account to context)
• Resetting Passwords, Checking for Duplicate User ID’s, setting Trustee rights or Privileges for NDS User.
