• Approved all job eligible for Warranty Repair.
• Responsible in handling all warranty concern in Dubai branch
• Evaluating warranty claims and making sure that it is under GM warranty policy and
procedure
• Assisting the workshop staff and provide guidance on warranty coverage
Processing all warranty claims, reconcile warranty claims using Kerridge System and
submitting claims through Global Warranty Management
• Identifying outstanding warranty claims, investigating causes of rejection, rectifying the
cause of errors and resubmitting
• Deal with GM warranty authorities and facilitate to obtain necessary approval (Pre Repair
Authorization)
• Raising new technical issue and communicate with Liberty Technical Department
• Assisting on campaign completion of all the vehicle under Dubai branch
• Updating Service Manager regarding new warranty policy and procedure
• Updating Service Manager about high warranty expense areas
• Securing warranty parts with proper tagging system in a well-organized warranty room
• Documentation and maintain necessary warranty records and making sure that it is ready
for audit
• Assisting on monthly warranty audit by GM Area Technical and Warranty Manager
• Assisting on annual warranty audit by GM Auditor
• Coordinate with Manufacturer for Submission of warranty claims.
• Arrange all replace warranty parts in ORDERLY manner.
• Coordinate with Manufacturer for timely receipt of approved claims
- encode job card in SAP
- keeping track of car warranty
Systematically enter data in the system as instructed by the supervisors and maintain records of official documents.
