Job Purpose
Involved in recruiting in a company’s recruiting process.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
• Coordinate hiring activities.
• Assist in screening and shortlisting candidates.
• Schedule Interviews.
• Process background checks.
• Maintain candidate database.
• Handle records and paperwork.
• Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations).
• Undertake clerical duties (e.g. answering emails and drafting letters).
• Coordinate and support managers in recruitment and selection
processes ensuring high quality candidates are attracted, through the creative design and application of appropriate recruitment techniques.
• Build and manage quality professional relationship with candidates.
• Support the Recruitment Officer/Lead by running reports to obtain
and analyzing recruitment data and metrics.
• Carry out administration duties to support new starters, on
boarding, contract checking and any other administration tasks as
required.
• Undertake other duties as reasonably required.
• Perform other duties as directed by Senior Operations Manager.
Administration
• Strictly comply with the Company’s Work Ethics and Code of
Professional Conduct.
• Understand and ensure correct implementation of systems used by
the organization (e.g., Human Resource Management System (HRMS), Data Management System (DMS), Electronic Medical Records, etc.

Quality Management
• Involvement in the development, review, implementation,
monitoring and evaluation of the Quality Management System and other related compliance, assurance, and quality improvement activities of the organization.
Regulatory Requirements
• Responsible to ensure full compliance with the applicable laws and
regulations required by related governmental agencies, authorities, and organization both local and international e. g. MOHRE, DOH, FANR, etc.
