Handling entire recruitments mostly working on niche requirements.
Sourcing profiles from different Job forums and have an experience of doing technical recruitments for all the industries.
Generating revenue by working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed
Staying informed about recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs as per U. A. E. guidelines

• Handling End to End Recruitment life cycle.
• Gathering new requirements from the existing clients.
• Understanding the client's requirement with respect to the Industry, Company and position and identifying the key skills and aptitude required for filling the position.
• Initial screening of resumes and talking to candidates over phone.
• Validating candidates as per different parameters like communication, technical skills, relevant experience, Leadership skills and competency.
• Coordinating and lining up the interviews for the clients.
• Receiving and communicating feedback to the candidates and following up with the candidates till they finally join the company
• Frequent Follow up with candidates for completing the joining formalities.
• Recruited candidates for the different campus drive conducted all over India.
• Have worked for the clients like ITC, Goldman Sach, KPMG, Ernst & Young, Kotak Prime, National Stock Exchange, BMR Advisors etc.
• Responsible for negotiating salary, coordinating the interview process, follow up & closing candidates.
• Located Potential candidates through internal database, cold calling, referrals & other strategies, used various Job boards, including Naukri.com, Linked in and monster.com
• Maintenance of HR information system like, client's requirements, Interviews scheduled, selected / rejected candidates etc.

Handling the Joining and Relieving formalities along with handling confidential data.
Tracking employee's attendance & generating monthly reports.
Handling Employee Queries related to salary, leave etc.

Handling Leave Management System (end to end).
Employee engagement activities: Involved in the process of Employee Motivation/Welfare, Conducting activities to boost Employee Morale, Focusing on the concept of fun at work-Like arranging for games, company outing, Quiz.
Enhanced the Employee Engagement levels, organized monthly birthday bash.
Have Degree of Travel & Tourism Management course. Was a core member of Entrepreneurship cell in college
