Coordinate, and review work and activities of programming department. Review the developers attendance and process their leave requests Set the priority based on the manager's instructions. Determine time for assigned projects. Configure and maintain the test and production environment (MS SQL/IIS/Web app files) Communicate with the data center administrator if there is a required configuration on the production server (MS SQL/IIS) I don’t have access to do. Monitor and maintain the night jobs at production server. Responsible for any issues or problems within the team or at the production application. Consult with managers, engineers, and the team to clarify program intent, identify problems, and suggest change.
Delegates tasks to, organizes, and mentors a team of software developers responsible of database/web application servers (install, configure, backup, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting server systems). arrange with network administrator to adding a new system to the domain or registration of a new domain. Plan, coordinate and execute project activities to ensure timely completion. Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements. Ensure all of the developers in my team are adhering to the software quality standards agreed. Code review for team members. Schedule meetings with customers - Electronia - and management to discuss about project status and issues. Update the management about the tasks, status, and problems if any Support and advise the team members. Training the new developer in the team
Develop new client/server and web applications or make enhancements according to project needs. Gather requirements from the customers (Electronia) collaboratively as part of my team.
Assist in determining time for assigned projects.
Understand the system requirements document and design the UI,
Involve in DB Design.
Analysis on bugs and bug fixing
Utilize programming principles, tools, and techniques to write application codes, and making the code maintainable as much as I can .
Place the code in the VSS and labeled as necessary
Learning things that related to the implemented project
Adhere to the software quality standards and principles agreed by my development team. Collaborate and working with the other members.
Ensure all work is thoroughly tested before it is moved to the production environment.
Provide a daily report on the task progress.
Attend and participate in my team meeting.
