• Responsible for all customer activities after signing on (Card collection, claims, complaints ..etc)
• Data Uploading of customer information on provider portals or applications.
• Following up on day to day requests(Addition, Deletion, Replacement, Amendment, Claims, CCHI).
• Receive, submit and follow-up on claims on customer behalf.
• Receive and submit debit/credit notes and checks.
• Filling claim copies with results and copies of received cards for each client.
