• Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Shareholders and Board members.
• Ensure strict adherence to the Group's rules and policies by the Board and its committees.

• Provide comprehensive support for travel arrangements, logistics, and business meetings of internal top management and VIP visitors.
• Facilitate the travel arrangements for executives, and meticulously follow up on expenses claims through the company’s system.
• Serve as a key point of contact for both internal and external customers, cultivating strong relationships with important stakeholders and adeptly resolving issues when necessary, including public relations engagements with various institutions.
• Efficiently address administrative challenges by coordinating the preparation of reports and identifying effective solutions.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondences on behalf of the CEO, and screen the daily signature book.
• Handle all aspects of the GM’s travel arrangements including booking flights, arranging accommodation, and organizing meeting agendas.
• Provide comprehensive support for te GM’s calendar, managing phone calls, scheduling meetings and maintaining an effective archival system.
• Assist in internal communication related to GM office requirements, ensuring smooth flow of information.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to prepare business presentations, ensuring coordination and alignment with all relevant parties.
• Support all activities related to the Board of Directors (BOD), including meeting preparation, agenda development, presentation materials, and follow-up on meeting minutes.
• Participate in organizing Company Activities such as townhalls and kick-off meetings, while also preparing requirements for operational committee meetings, including agendas and necessary administrative arrangements.
• Effectively manage the meetings and telephones calendar of the Managing Director, ensuring smooth coordination.
• Prepare invitation letters for visas and efficiently handle all travel arrangements.
• Manage petty cash and provide regular report to financial officer.
• Thoroughly review and process expense claims, forwarding them to the Accountant for further action.
• Provide support to the HR department, including assisting with employee induction, maintaining employee filing system, and keeping accurate records of leave.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other subsidiaries as required, promoting effective communication and synergy between teams.
