- Reviewing the account reconciliations performed by the team and unsure all the deliverables are meeting client SLA targets.
- Support the team leader with any reporting requirements.
- Provide training to team when needed for process improvement.
Handling General Electric Accounts reconciliations and month-end closing such as:
- Reconciliations of balance sheet accounts (including high & low risk accounts)
- Booking the adjustment entries for Month-end closing & Open items.
- Reconciliation of AP accounts and tie out with the sub ledger.
- Cooperate with other finance team (IBS, AP etc..) for data collection and validation.
- Booking the sales invoices & account receivable invoices.
- Booking Payroll entry and Petty cash expenses.
- Preparing bank reconciliation on a monthly basis.
