Coordinate the interviewing process between management and 'new hire' candidates; Assist out-of-town candidates with travel, hotel and car service arrangements.
Business correspondence, filing and other clerical duties.
Preparing reports, travel arrangements and itineraries.
Arrange meetings & conferences. Follow through with meeting arrangements as needed.
Preparing agendas and minutes of the meeting.
Coordinate with the respective department heads regarding the employee's personal file at the time of his/her assessment.
Other administrative activities.
