IT AND OPERATIONS
* Configuring and installing new GPRS devices (transmission machines) and
replacing existing problematic ones.
* Installing and troubleshooting pigeon (transmission software).
* Responsible for reports of transmission devices, IT assets.
* Responsible for warehouse storage of transmission devices, IT assets.
* Being the point of contact for any IT helpdesk related issue.
* Troubleshooting and diagnosing 1st
level technical issues for laptops, printers and
mobiles.
* Laptop configuration and installation including start-up kit such as antivirus, lync,
team viewer.
* Purchasing and managing inventory of any hardware or software used by
employees.
* Helping out with day to day ad hoc Operations related tasks.
* Market research on competitor website, user interface, marketing activities and
strategies.
EVENTS
* Sole event planner for all events.
* Manage and execute smooth running of events -
Cost and constraints analysis, budgeting, event planning and coordinating for
venue, contractors, logistics, stand design, audio/visual, event materials,
equipment rentals and external staff.
MARKETING
* Create English content for social media - Facebook, twitter and the company
