Provide customers with food that are safe to eat, this is the number 1 priority. Delegating responsibilities to staff members and ensuring they complete them efficiently and accurately. Keeping track of inventory and making sure every area is fully stocked. Ordering supplies as necessary and coordinating product deliveries with suppliers. Provide inferior employees withtheir work schedule. Project sales and guest count target depending on the previous data of the restaurant.
Take order from the guests, making sure proper service standard is being carried out by me, I ensure that the guests in my area is satisfied with my service. I can solve any complaint/problem. Then I make sure all the silverwares, etc. are clean and free from any marks.
