• Manages project teams - tracks performance, provides feedback
• Provides guidance to Sub contractors on best practices and standards to utilize

• Ensuring that the work is completed in a safe manner and that all necessary safety regulations and statutory requirements are followed.
• Issuing instructions to the Site Engineers and foremen to complete the work in accordance with the Project Planning and Schedules
• Supervision of any subcontract work to ensure Quality and Completion of finishing work in accordance with project specification
• Follow up, supervision and execution of finishing works such as, but not limited to, ceiling, gypsum board, plastering, painting, epoxy coating, hardware accessories and other MEP installations.
• Coordination of materials and manpower resources
• Supervise and coordinate between all the subcontractors and QA/QC department to achieve the best quality and progress at site
• Review project plans and schedules and advising the Project Manager/Section Head of any discrepancies to allow for modifications in the workload
