Roles & Responsibilities:
• Monitor and Control project’s cost, time, scope, quality and changes in scope of works and communicate effectively with Client and other stakeholders on all matters that impact time and cost
• Perform all project communications related to client and stakeholders and ensure appropriate documents distribution and follow up for the required actions.
• Perform all project procedure and milestone plans to keep track of project progress
• Managing and coordinating with key external stakeholders/ partners to facilitate program /projects delivery
• Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all stakeholders of the project.
• Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
• Prepare or assist Lead PM/PM in preparation of progress reports & presentations for the client & management.
• Responsible for coordination between teams in accordance to design and to follow up with utilities submissions and related meetings with the client in addition to preparing detailed reports for client
• Actively participate in technical and progress meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting.
• Review and provide comments on the program of works
• Serve as a subject matter expert for all team members regarding project-related issues.
• Attend and coordinate with Civil Engineers / Inspectors to attend inspection request or to identify and correct any work which is not conforming to contract requirements.
• Assist QS in monthly payment certification and assist PM and QS in drafting Site Work Instruction.
• Carry out routine inspections to ensure that works are being executed as per the contract requirement. Issue ‘CAR’ or ‘NCR’ in consultation with PM as and when non- compliance is noted.
• Assist PM in coordinating with the design team as and when required especially for confirming RFI responses.
• Coordinate, direct and play an active role in the implementation of site safety regulations.
• Execute Safety Audit/inspection when HSE personnel not available in the project.
• Provide Weekly or Monthly work progress reports to PM as required and assist PM in preparing Client project reports.
• Inspect and prepare snag list and follow up with the concern to close the issued snag.
• Review and comment on material submittals, shop drawings, as-built drawings, method statements, ITPs, O&M manual in coordination with other discipline engineers as required.
• Coordinate with other discipline engineers for smooth progress and attend factory visits, witness third party tests.
Project Handled:
• Ariane City Phase II, Mesaimeer, Qatar. (60 nos. B+G+5 and a 2B+G+5 Building) (750 million QAR)
• Lusail Residential compound / Town house 1, Doha, Qatar (118 million QAR)
• Lusail Residential and commercial / Skala Tower, Doha, Qatar (202 million QAR)

• Oversee works in accordance with the contract documents, client’s instruction, work procedures, approved drawings, materials and method statements.
• Monitor and Control project’s cost, time, scope, quality and changes in scope of works and communicate effectively with Client and other stakeholders on all matters that impact time and cost
• Perform all project communications and ensure appropriate documents distribution and follow up for the required actions.
• Maintain logs & records of work performed; prepare reports; review progress and performance.
• Coordinate and liaise with the Lead Project Manager to implement and carry out delegated responsibilities for the site staff.
• Review, evaluate and approve all civil and structural works, related materials submittals, shop drawings and test reports.
• Coordinate with Civil Engineer/Inspector to identify & correct any work which is not conforming to specification drawings and contract requirements.
• Conduct general surveillance on compliance of approved materials being used at site and ensure the compliance of works with the Specifications, requirements and approvals.
• Review civil works to monitor compliance with QA/QC Plan, specifications, HSE Plan, and other regulations.
• Ensure coordination of works with other engineers to avoid any conflict in the finish product.
• Lead, direct and monitor the performance of all engineers and support staff assigned for the project.
• Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all stakeholders of the project.
• Coordinate, direct and play an active role in the implementation of site safety regulations.
• Prepare or assist Lead PM/PM in preparation of progress reports & presentations for the client & management.
• Conduct Progress, Coordination and Technical Meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting.
• Carry out inspection for various civil and structural works including finishes, piling, landscaping and external services etc.
