• Recommends Penalties or Termination to all ES&H Violators Corrective Action Report (CAR), Non-Conformance Report (NCR) to sections not complying ES&H inspection reports. As well as the motivation for the committed people.
• Regularly updating project ES&H Document (e.g. Program, Manuals, Forms, etc.)
• Represent the top management in the internal and external meetings.
• Maintain, review and develop HSE policy and procedures.
• Advice, review the HSE annually budget for the Site according to work Activity.
• Review the HSE department performance.
• Advice the top management with the new update for the HSE standards.
• Prepare the safety statics (Safe Man Hours, FA, DC, NM and Unsafe Action /Condition….Etc.).
