•Working as a team leader for Phase-IV comprising of 100 BTS sites.
•Interaction with RF Planning & Acquisition department ensuring site completion in all respects within stipulated time period.
•Managing and handling the aggressive roll out targets while strictly sticking to specification.
•Co-ordinate with Structural designer for problems at site and the remedial actions.
Monitor and supervise labor contractor’s work as per working drawings
Site construction with quality assurance
Time management according to targets and total number of sites
Sites remedial according to site situation
Scrutinize and verify labor contractor’s fortnightly payments.
All construction and electrical work until site is handed over to Equipment installing for on air.
Coordinate with the Architect for site problems and its remedial actions.
Joint visits with planning and system departments and suitable selection of sites for towers with structure stability.
Draw annexure and maintain all records of visit and feasibility reports.
Responsibility of site selection decision with all aspects, plot size, structure Strength, and structure grids.
Supervision of out door installation of BTS equipment.
Execution of the housing society .
The construction works of the entire housing scheme.
