• Screening of Requisitions Prior to Forwarding for procurement In-charge. Generating new business both in face to face meetings and over the phone.
• Procurement of Material, Physical Inspection, Stacking, Maintaining Minimum & Maximum Level of Critical & Fast Moving Items, Maintaining All Procurement Documents.
• Material Management:
o Mechanical: All type of fittings (Elbow, Couplings, Valve, Flanges), Fasteners, Tools, Steel Plates, Angles, etc.
o Electrical: LED lights, Electrical Panel equipment’s, consumables.

• Purchase related all responsibility - New Vendor Development, Price Negotiation with vendor, PO releasing, Material Delivery and Payment etc.
• Ensure the quality & quantity of material purchase at site.
• Negotiating with the vendors for Rate, Delivery and Payment Terms.
• Material Management:
o Mechanical: Steel products such as; Steel plates, flat bar, round, & chrome bars, sprockets, flanges, piping, and all kind of fittings.
o Automotive: Cylinder Head parts, Cylinder block parts, gaskets, valve, valve seats, ets.
o Tools: Handheld tools such as; Screw Drivers, Spanners, Pliers. Power Tools such as; Drill machine, grinder, etc.
• Warehouse: Responsible for entire warehouse & secondary manpower.
• Budgeting: Monthly Budget is prepared as per the requirement of Project (At Site), Supply Chain.
• Reconciliation vendor Statement with Oracle System & Manual. Stock Verification, Analysis of Vendor Performance & Price Variance.
• Purchase related all responsibility - New Vendor Development, Price Negotiation with vendor, PO releasing, Material Delivery and Payment etc.

Provides account services to customers by receiving deposits and loan payments; cashing checks; issuing savings withdrawals; recording night and mail deposits; selling cashier's checks, traveler's checks, and series e bonds; answering questions in person or on telephone; referring to other bank services.

Reconciles cash drawer by proving cash transactions; counting and packaging currency and coins; reconciling loan coupons and other transactions; turning in excess cash and mutilated currency to head teller; maintaining supply of cash and currency.
Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential.
