JOB PROFILE
* Having experience in Maintenance and Operation of Kiln,
Grate / crossbar Cooler, Vertical Roller Mill, Cement Mills,
Conveyors i.e. Chain, Belt, Screw, Bucket elevators, and
other equipments in modern continuous process plant.
* Commissioning of all the above mentioned equipments.
* Planning and execution of maintenance activities of various
stationary and rotating equipments.
* Condition monitoring of all equipment and troubleshooting
by using vibration analyzer, ultrasonic test, phochometer
speed analyser, shock pulse analyser (T 2000) follow up
with Preventive Maintenance Department.
* Documentation & maintaining equipments history and
protocols.
* Co-ordination between maintenance and operation team.
* Having good experience in pollution control and utility
department.
COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE
EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) Maintenance
Module (Oracle)
* Creating Corrective Maintenance Work Order as
and when required.
* Raising Move Order from within the Work Order for
the material requirements.
* Completing the Work Order as soon as the job
assigned is completed.
* Raising purchase request as and when required.
Inventory Module
* Raising Move Orders for Consumable Items
whenever required.
* Issuing/Receiving the Consumable Items after approval
of the Move Order.
MAINTENANCE
* Carrying out Preventive Maintenance weekly as per schedule.
* Planning, Scheduling & Executing maintenance activities
in shutdown.
* Breakdown analysis and frame work to avoid it.
* Having experience in maintenance of Belt conveyors, Chain
conveyors, Weigh feeders, Bucket elevators, Screw
conveyors, Vibrofeeder, Cooler.
* Modifications are successfully done to gain the output and
smooth operation of the plant.
* Power / Cost saving.
* An active member of safety -creating safety awareness
among the subordinates.
* Good experience in Man power handling, spares planning and
handling department.
* Alignment of different types of gear box and couplings.
* Having good experience in Roller press, separator, mill fan
and mill internal repair work.
* Crusher Blow bar, buckets, apron conveyer and crusher
internal repair work. (Sinoma and L&T impact crusher)
* Roller replacement & mill internal repair work of vertical raw
mill (make polysius & loesche).
SAFETY
* As per the company policy -have served in safety dept. for 6
months and taken steps to rectify the unsafe conditions &
control unsafe acts.
