Tasks:
To monitor daily maintenance activities, assign duties and inspect the completion of work.
Provide liaison between Maintenance, Production and SCM department.
Give ideas and new measures to improve health and Safety of worker and to create a safer work environment
Performing term time H&S Audits
Perform measures to eliminate health and safety risk at work, ensure that proper SOP is being followed
Supervising production work, ensure the daily production target is met and quality production as per the product file
Plan maintenance of the plant
Test pneumatic and hydraulic valves and ensure they have optimum pressure for work
Make a daily loss report and maintain
Projects:
Development of Stantar Machine by providing different ideas to overcome slow production problem
Provided assistance in Installation and Erecting of Blow Molding Machine (Full Shine Plastic Co) by providing supervision when required
Provided assistance in Establishment and training of Fire Fighting Team by developing and presenting the firefighting plan for the company’s admin manager.
Achieved first devision in accedmics. Achieved gold medal in non curricular and research activities.
