• Managing Merchandising/OTP/OTIF of brand CALZA (Men's & Boy's Category).
• Product sales forecasting and developing strategies according to business plan.
• Work cross functionally with PD/R&D, Production, Sales & Marketing teams to drive growth and operational efficiency for overall category.
• Footwear development of Men's/Boy's category.
• Periodic update and analysis of NPI project status for senior management and NPI Tracking and analysis to track and report performance of business.
• Monitor P&L of overall ranges.
• Pre & Mid seasonal Budgeting & Forecasting.
• Responsible for the sourcing (Local + Import) of latest shoe materials w.r.t competitive product development.
• Source new vendors w.r.t buying plan and sales forecast.
• Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc.
• Collaborating with suppliers/vendors regarding price negotiations and ensure timely supply.
• Analyzing sales figures and market trends to anticipate product needs.
• Conduct regular competitors' research/analysis to maintain brand leading position in market.
• Collaborating with field sales team and business centers to ensure the streamline sales.
- Managing merchandising/sales of export customers countries like Uk, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, South Africa etc.
- Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock
- On-time material sourcing for customer sampling.
- Collaborate with buyers & suppliers to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales
- Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets.
- Searching latest international fashion trends of footwear for new product development.
- Looking all new developments for International exhibition/Fairs and coordinate with R&D team.
- Production planning and execution activities
-Handling of queries of relevant departments and brands at development stage.
- Ensuring for strict compliance against customer whole order dispatched within standard time and coordinate continuously with planning/operation department
- Works as a customer support officer in B2C department of Telenor.
- Taking Inbound calls to answer the queries of Corporate customers and
- Getting feedback by outbound Calls.
- Responsible to locked different customer complaints in CRM.
- Responsible for providing best customer experience to get maximum
- NPS score and making new promoters. Sales experience of selling of different ADD-ONs.
