Oversee the Product Management of contracts to provide logistics operations in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction, and leading the respective teams to ensure a process of effective management of operations and profitability
Responsibility - To ensure the logistics infrastructure (Hub, FSLs, Same Day and Next Business Day offering) is in place within the countries area to offer the Service Parts Logistics solutions.

Initially joined as a KAM to manage major accounts along with DC operations. Promoted to Contracts Manager for FMCG (Unilever, P&G, Mondelez) with responsibility for revenue generated from the business portfolio, by servicing and retaining existing customers and targeting new business opportunities.
