1:conducting monthly documented inspections such as color coding, FBH, Ladders inspection, store, etc.
2: Reporting the near Misses and taking corrective actions for non-re-occurrence.
3: Ensuring the 3rd party certificate's are available for all the Equipment's, Operators & Rigger's.
4: Ensuring all the inspections are reference to Arabian construction company (ACC) Checklists.
5: Conducting daily TollBox Talk (TBT) with the manpower.
6: Continuously Monitoring the Activities in the work place.
7: Study and fully understand the project HSE documents such as HSE policy, HSE plan, RA, JSA, checklist ls, Procedure's, Forms Record's, MSDS etc.
