* Document typing, analysis and proofing, amending and formatting documents as required.
* Preparing affidavits or other legal documents.
* Maintaining document file and file pleading with courts.
* Drafting legal documents such as legal correspondence and reports.
* Gathering and analyzing research data such as statutes, decisions, legal articles, legal documents and codes.
* Takes and transcribes oral dictation of notes, memos and legal documents.
* Acting on behalf of Legal Advisor during his absence.

• Conduct protection monitoring through field visits, spot observations, monitoring patrols, gather, verify, analyze and report information on protection incidents and concerns.
• Advocate for better protection of particularly vulnerable group of IDPs (PWSN).
• Providing Legal Advice/Assistance in Legal clinic/Mobile Van approach to IDPs in Civil Documentation.
• Legal counseling with the IDPs in context of the day to day problems in their civil documentation and assist/accompany them with the available service provider in the assigned target areas.
• Daily and weekly Reporting.
