Masco-CM (Mohammad Ali Al Swailem - Construction Material), a subsidiary of Masco Group. Masco CM is the subsidiary supporting Masco projects and commercial projects in concrete, asphalt, crushers, quarries, post tensioning & bearing, Road barriers and soil stabilization systems.
Responsibilities are:
Developing systems and control to manage smooth operations at each branch in coordination with factory manager and team of each location.
Analysis of sales forecasts and allocation of equipment and manpower to cover the demand (including purchase of equipment and hiring from abroad and local market).
Ensure services are provided in line with customer satisfaction.
Equipment and manpower utilization analysis.
Take measure and put plans to improve utilization of resources.
Planning Business strategy, budget preparation, monitor and control in line with cost control and finance department.
Cost control measures and monthly monitoring (including material prices and maintenance costs).
Set targets at put incentive plans for each area to motivate team towards more productivity.
Leading a team of 500 professional.
Construction of new facilities and upgrading of existing ones.

Responsibilities are:
Undertook feasibility, planning, technical, business and marketing aspects of the projects.
Coordinated with a number of A class customers like Saudi Bin Ladin Group, Elseif, Nesma, Saudi Construction Co.CCE and SamSung for the supply of concrete.
Managed all operations of the batch plant and site including equipments needed for placement of concrete for all the above projects.
Leading a team of 190 professionals working under my direct supervision.

Assisted in technical recommendations for the design and Construction management.

Monitoring and auditing the quality assurance and control activities performed by Sub Contractors in the areas of engineering, vendor shops and construction.
Life time member of Engineering Council Pakistan (ECP) Auditor of ISO 9002, High Rise Construction Auditor.Member of Saudi Council of Engineers. PMP trained professional.
