Reconciles fixed assets module with related fixed assets general ledger, and coordinates any variances with Regional Managers
Provides assistance with the implementation of processes in relation to fixed assets safeguarding
Assists with the development of written processes and procedures for identifying, tracking, transferring, reporting, and as requested, disposing of fixed assets
Identifies existing assets without identification tagging numbers, assigns new identification numbers, and posts the newly identifiable assets to the asset module
Provides cross training to relevant staff in relation to fixed asset processes and procedures as required
Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts, and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed
Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets
Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation
Review periodic impairment reviews for intangible assets
Review fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system
Averagely SAR 13 million cash sales turn over monthly from this location
Prepare and submission of sales volume and credit customer sales report
Prepare a final replenishment for the month generate monthly reports relating to petty cash expense.
Completion of the Cash Receipt Book and verify the cash sales with the disposal report.
Execute the bank reconciliation for the month after obtaining the original bank statement and prepare the Inter-company invoice for fund transfers.
Generate pre-numbered count sheets and participate for the physical verification of depot cold store and truck stock counts carried out by the Logistics team & confirm the physical stocks against the inventory reports including workshop spares.
Calculation of LTA rebates and Discounts.
Provide a schedule for the reconciliation of overdue account with necessary justifications.
Preparation of ratio analysis such as Days sales on books. (DSO) and collection efficiency reports.
Review the Profit & Loss account and explain the variances as well as suggestions to improve the profitability.
Verify and confirm the changes in physical fixed assets and notify to divisional office for necessary records updates.
Custodian of cash, complete depot information and system passwords. Hence, regular exercise of internal controls and confidentiality on information.
Preparation and distribution of Internal Financial statements and analyses for the sales depot
Assist Financial Controllers and Managers to ensure that the finance activities are undertaken in a manner, which, complies within policies and procedures
Ensure that the continuous review and improvement of the internal control systems within the depot and provide necessary documents to support the quarterly audit file
Continuous support to finance staff for career Development programs and training
