Direct reporting to Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
*Books of accounts, GL, Inter-company Accounts, Banks Reconciliation & to maintain cost allocation project-wise up to final accounts
*All accounting adjustments, such as prepaid expenses (Insurance, Office Rent & Trade License), advances & Provisions and to ensure meeting deadlines for month end closing process set by the management.
*Preparation and submission of “Value Added Tax (VAT) Return” after checking of Tax Input & Output ledger with accuracy and File the Tax Return Quarterly to Federal Tax Authority before due date.
*Payment Certificate (PC) Analysis, to monitor debtors & creditors aging report analysis and to check monthly Payroll including management, staff and site labor as well as disbursement of salaries through WPS.
*To coordinate with Internal & External Auditors and fulfill their requirements.

Following tasks had been performed under reporting to Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
*Books of accounts: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, GL & Bank Reconciliation up to final accounts as well as month end adjustments & closing and manage monthly Payroll (WPS) & PRO Supervision.
*To manage all payments according to monthly payments plan.
*Responsible for calculation of buying and selling of properties on the date of transfer with rent and service charges, if any
*To monitor and analyze monthly operating results in terms of budget.
I have Passed my Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) in 1991 with Second Division from University of Karachi(Pakistan).
