▪ Providing continuous support for enhancement and development SAP HCM module
▪ Currently working on two projects for integration of SAP Time Management and Travel Management processes with IBM Lotus Notes.
▪ Studied and documented the HR processes of PARCO, providing gap analysis for the HR processes in alignment with the best practices of SAP HCM

▪ Providing solutions to problematic areas that were not implemented properly during the initial HCM implementation
▪ Development of new reports through SAP Query for facilitating the higher management to review everyday transaction data
▪ Acting as a liaison between the IT department and HR department for streamlining the business processes
Worked with Abacus Consulting as Managing Consultant, as a senior consultant my primary responsibilities include visiting clients for implementation and support of SAP HCM module.
Experience of working in the capacity of Senior HCM consultant and my primary responsibilities were implementing SAP Application on customer sites and supervising the HCM implementing team on client sites.
Weill Cornell Medical Collage in Qatar is part of Cornell University in New York. It is one of the first medical schools in Qatar.
• In this small project I worked as a SAP HR support consultant, the job tasks included Go-Live as well as post Go-Live support activities
• The support tasks involved identification of process errors and other activities such as:
Development of job aids for end user trainings
Recommendation of best practices for ease of system operations
System support at various user level functionalities
Working as a SAP HR Consultant and performing all the activities from Initial preparation to the Go-Live and support.
Worked as an HR Consultant and learned the process of HRM, managed and organized the various job positions for different cliental. Screened, short listed and interviewed the various candidates with appropriate qualifications, as preferred by the clients.
