• DUCT DESIGN: followed by SMACNA standard selection of air terminal using
(BETA Performance Data Program).
• Duct Sizing: Calculation of duct sizing by manually using Friction Chart & using software
(McQuay Duct Sizer).
• Ventilation System design: Kitchen hood & duct sizing, Toilet exhaust system (Commercial, Residential), Exhaust fan selection by using (performance curves).
• Selection of units: AHU’S, FCU’S, CHILLER.
• Chiller pumps Head calculation, Chill water pipe sizing, ESP calculation.

Technical Department (2012-2017)
• Processing Sales Orders Applications Technical wise using ERP configuration system following the procedure and considering the lead time.
• Maintaining BOM (Bill of Materials) of each unit in most precise and efficient manners.
• Responsible of releasing work orders to Production per unit requirements for both standard, standard with options, modified and customized units.
• Completes each assigned jobs and orders from Sales by focusing on customer satisfaction and filtering selections, specifications, price breakdown sheets with unit options, work orders and drawings.
• Responsible for reviewing Quotations given by Sales before executing to Production.
• Responsible for Utilization of Stock Items and Ageing materials by checking technically if possible materials replacement for the unit.
• Reviews and process compliance statements sales quotations, internal project estimates, plans and coordinate design requirements with production team members.
• Coordinating with Procurement and Inventory for item reservation information and material action of all project required.
• Executing and releasing jobs to Warehouse to ensure delivery of stock items.
• Preparing BOM Tools for integration in oracle/ERP
• Responsible as one of the Team members for achieving AMCA certification for SAND TRAP LOUVER by preparing all the requirement and documentation required.

Application Department (2011-2012)
• Reviewing tender documents, specifications and drawings.
• Preparing quotations for Pre-Insulted Pipes.
• Preparing technical submittals.
• Price analysis against all the items as submittal & B.O.Q.
• Ensure to provide cost effective and high quality technical support to all customers on time.
• Preparing BOM by using ERP software.

Production Department (2010-2011):
• Monitoring and Supervision of manufacturing of AHUs, FCUs, Chillers, Air cooled condensing Units, and Package units.
• Plan production tasks and schedules according to customer orders.
• Ensured adherence to quality standards through pre- and post-production testing.
• Develop and review production plan with Managers for approval.

• Conducted heat load calculations and duct system design.
• Supervised HVAC installations and ensured smooth project commissioning.
• Ensure that all HVAC site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method statements, and specification and work plan.
