My core responsibility as a Network Engineer includes back office support, trouble shooting the staff complaints, design, maintain, and evaluate computer network along with telecommunication Avaya PABX Systems (IP Office 500).
My areas of expertise are:
1 Computer and Mobile Forensics using EnCASE, Oxygen Forensic, Cellebrite Ufed, ComponentArt, and Passware (provide level 2 services for our client specially law enforcement. Like Police, Airport and MOI)
2 Ballistic Identification through IBIS® (Integrated Ballistic Identification System) provides service & support for our client specially law enforcement.
3 Digital Forensics (CCTV image forensic) through Amped FIVE.

Fault/issue identification, trouble-shooting & resolution in coordination with internal/peer teams &vendors (as applicable). Problem synthesis & reporting, with root cause analysis.
Network/Services modification& expansion for network segments under administration. Follow-up of issued WOs and their timely completion.
Manage, operate and optimize network topology &services using Cisco 45xx, 36xx, 36xx & 29xx, 28xx equipment.
Manage, operate & optimize Internet backbone & related services, consisting of Cisco 76xx routers.
Expertise in OSPF/BGP and internet domain services, including vendor management & coordination, issue/fault escalation & resolution.
Configure Layer 2 and Layer 3 high availability on Cisco routers and switches, including hardware and software redundancy on modular switches.
Manage & operate related NMS systems; Solarwinds, CiscoWorks for FLM (First Line Maintenance) and Reporting (Daily/Weekly)
Schedule & perform preventive maintenance activities of all network segments under administration.
Ensure SW/HW support through principal/support vendors, as per contractual details.
Up gradation - HW, SW, IOS including all bug fixes, security updates & related.
Traffic report analysis in order to identify KPI deviation and capacity issues.
Problem monitoring & escalations as per standard operations procedure.
Documentation of change management & network topologies, as & where required.
Plan, implement, analyze, maintain and support the Networks and related operating system; install, upgrade and maintain network operating system and provide connection for LAN/Wan and related applications; maintain operating system, client-server software and utilities.
Design, Proposed & Implementation of complete solution for Hedge Funds Business with respect to their concern applications like Trading Screen, Bloomberg Anywhere, CQG, Flex Trade etc.
Design, Proposed and Deployment of Network Infrastructure with HP Procurve Layer 3 Switches, Cisco ASA 5510, Cisco Router with HSRP (to maintain a stabilize solution from 4 different service providers) and its Failover components.
Deploy a call centre and IP- PABX setup which support to 125 call agents and 50 IP-PABX user, based on Cisco environment i.e. Cisco Call Manager 5.5, Hardware based IP phone, Cisco Express, Contact Management Sever and Cisco 3560 POE device.
Design / Deploy online trading setup to access NYSE. Manage DR site and end to end redundancy plan.
Responsible of general network operation at all levels.
Reads technical journals and/or manuals, attends vendor seminars and appropriate professional development workshops to learn about the maintenance and use of emerging computer hardware, software, and network systems.
Develops and coordinates network replacement plan.
Ensures the network security.
Train and provide work direction to assigned staff.
Maintain the records related to computer configurations, by monthly backup, and cabling nodes, equipment maintenance and repair history, user complaint and services provided.
Issues, release, & Control all up-dated documents as per Document & Data Control Procedure, assigned Controlled Code Numbers and take backup of ISO 9001-2000 QMS documents in head office zone.

➢ 03 Years International diploma from GENETIC COMPUTER SCHOOL- SINGAPORE from 1997 to 2000.
➢ MS in Network and Telecom (in progress from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University)
