• Preparation of project cashbook and ledgers.
• Preparation of statement of expenditures and vouchers.
• Preparation and submission of periodical financial reports.
• Assist in procurement of project supplies.
• Maintaining project petty cash and timely replenishments.
• Ensures the payment of all utility and telephone bills and maintains a record.
• Ensure regular maintenance of office premises and equipment.
• Ensure office supplies
• Coordinate all administrative support services in support of the CUP District Office.
• Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the vehicles.
• Keep and updated inventory of office equipment and other items.
• Maintain attendance and leave records.
