RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Attend the project kick-off meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to plan commencement of works.
•Preparing the complete breakdown of all material (Local & Overseas) on the BOQ.
•Follow-up with contractor for all drawings and relevant documents that have been approved by the Authorities.
•Review all shop drawings submitted by the contractor and material submittals and to verify that they are abiding by standards, specifictaions and local rules, codes, and regulations.
•Prepare project plans and detailed manpower utilization plans.
•Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly look ahead schedules for execution.
•Conduct a site inspection to ensure that the works are carried out as per the approved shop drawings, standards and promotes quality control of all installations.
•To coordinate with various departments like Procurement, electrical and mechanical.
•Attend coordination meetings with client, contractors, and sub-contractors.
•Maintain technical records, design revisions, invoices, and Work statements.
•Coordination with our accounts department for preparation of invoices for materials delivered, inspected, and installed to be submitted to the contractor.
• Prepare the commissioning team after installation completion to proceed with testing & commissioning of the systems,
•Final preparation of As-built drawings, O&M manuals, inspection and testing reports, final handing over of the system to the main client.
