Ensure that all the monthly timecards are received from the project sites. Check the timecards to ensure that the tally numbers are correct; checking the sick leaves, injury leaves, annual/unpaid/emergency leaves, etc, and make the entries in the system accordingly.
Preparing monthly Payroll & Cost and sending it to the finance dept. for payments along with Payslips.
Custodian of Company’s “Muqeem” portal to process all available services for employees: Sponsorship Transfer, Iqama issuance & renewal, Exit, Re-Entries visas, Final Exit Visa and profession change, etc.
Apply online for new visas for expat employees according to Company requirements.
Delegate jobs to Government Relation Officer related to Passport Office, Labor Office, Traffic Police Department, and other Government departments; follow up for completion of tasks assigned to GRO.
Monitor Annual Leave, Emergency Leave, and unpaid Leave after HR Manager Approval.
Monitor final Settlement and EOSB for the resigned and terminated employee. Preparing yearly Performance Appraisal reports for all employees and send to the corporate office.
Monitor and assigned Documents controller duties to maintain employee files and records.
Coordinating with local and overseas recruiting agents as per work requirements.
Maintaining all HR & Admin’s legal agreements and certificates.
All other tasks may be reasonably requested by the Management team at any time.
Responsible for Recruitment including direct sourcing activities and preliminary phone interview.
Oversee the preparation and distribution of interview packs.
Screening candidates based on the job description, the candidate’s relevant knowledge and experience for required skill sets, functional skills, and communication skills.
Coordinate with the client on a priority basis and close the requirement. Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system.

Responsible for the new starter process, ensuring all details are accurately recorded, such as qualifications, reference checks, etc.
Lateness recording for the entire group.
