Job description: -
Establishes and maintains a computerized customer service system by use GP, SAP (CMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of under sink unit (RO)
Communicates directly with all sister company and branches to coordinate maintenance issue.
Implements programs and procedures required to improve after sales service .
Participate in the characterization and explain maintenance operations in the form of measures and put them on the ERP system
Training and encourage maintenance staff to improve the business
Assists with planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions.
Conducts employee performance reviews based on job descriptions to determine competency, knowledge, and contribution of the maintenance technicians.
Maintains and updates operating and training manuals for the maintenance department
Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems.
Ensures that maintenance technicians&engieers are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
Communicates regularly with all maintenance team, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication .
Assists with hiring of maintenance personnel.
Initiates and carries out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs.
Tracks, analyzes and improves key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance, etc.
Providing awareness to workers and electricians about safety.
Control and support to Engineers and electricians on the project
Monitors the use and inventories of spare parts, and initiates reordering request.
