• Maintain and monitor the facilitys accounts and receivables on a
monthly basis
• Supervising the accounting department in the facility for the four
branches, and following up accounting matters and financial reports.
• Prepare the companys publications such as bonds and records, and
check entries and receipts issued and received periodically.
• Follow up the accountants journal, and keep their own book group to
view the facilitys financial statements.
• Developing accounting programs, following up the entry of accounting
data into them, checking accounting entries and maintaining weekly
copies of the financial and accounting systems applied in the facility.
• Seeing and approving after checking the expenses of the fund.
• Follow-up matters of employees (permanence - salaries - advances -
..etc.)

• Keeping track of financial and collectable entries
throughout the academy.
• Managing classes and courses given to students in the
academy.
• Managing tourism trips around Jordan with the foreign
students; including booking hotel reservations.
• Organizing and keeping track of any educational
materials of courses.
• Keeping track of feedback from partner companies.
