Visiting site/attending pre-bid meetings, Scrutinize, review of tender drawings/documents for discrepancies, additional BOQ items/scope and incorporating within the tender offer.
• Preparing cost estimates and budgets for the projects, Preparing detailed bill of quantities.
• Preparing and submitting interim payment applications.
• Represent for join measurements from Client / main contractor side, Research, Identify and negotiate prices Negotiate contract terms with suppliers and sub-contractors
• Attending site meeting & coordination with the project manager
• Negotiate and agreeing variations & claims with the consultant including taking off, new rate analysis for the non-available BOQ item.
• Preparing cash flow of projects.
• Preparing and Submitting the Bond and Insurance as required to the Projects such as (Advance and Performance bond, PI, CAR & TPL & WCP Insurance)
• Preparing Subcontract agreements, Subcontract variation orders & payment Certificate.
• Preparing and submitting variations, Maintain vendor’s database, Floating Enquiries to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Preparing and forwarding purchase requisition for materials.
• Maintaining the project tracking documentation and Monthly progress report.
• Attending related meeting with the Engineer.
• Analyzed and Evaluated of the works in accordance with the conditions of Contract, maintaining all Log Sheet up to date, Submitting final accounts with all supporting Documents.
A good knowledge of pre and post contract Stage.
• A good knowledge of construction materials.

• A good knowledge of FIDIC Conditions and CESMM3/SMM7/Local COC/QCS of contracts adhering to techno- commercial, contractual and construction process for building and infrastructure developments
