❖ Reviewing The Productivities Reports to Follow All the sites work.
❖ Manpower and materials control to save project costs without progress effects.
❖ Coordinate drawing between relative principals (Structure, Architecture, Mep …).
❖ To follow up overall project construction activities.

❖ Checking the bills for subcontractors according to measurement reports and generate weekly
& monthly reports in coordination with colleagues for submission to projects manager.

❖ Reviewing the shop drawings, the RFIs and the submittals with the design manager, to get the
required approvals
❖ Providing the site engineers with the technical details and the required instructions
reviewing the allocation of the man power and Equipment’s.
❖ Hand over the work to the consultant and the municipality.
❖ Dealing with the consultant and the client representative to solve the sites problems.
