* Overall accountability for the functions of IT infrastructure (virtualization, networking & server
administration), High-end Datacenters and Information systems.
* Primary responsibility of managing 4500 users with 650 workstations, managing 3 Datacenters with
72 VM’s and the 8 Cloud hosted servers including Cloud AD with 4000 BYOD devises
* Primary responsibility of designing and managing IT infrastructure and proposing, implementing
network, telecommunication & software solutions necessary to drive business strategy
* Establishing necessary policies and practices, manage and negotiate complex tasks, provide analysis
and monitor the quality metrics for all centers

* Responsibilities in Nutshell: Implementation of ITIL; Availability of common IT facilities; Availability of
IT BCP inventory; Roll out of global initiatives, on-boarding and off-boarding; Software license
compliance; Security patch, antivirus and laptop encryption compliance; IT procurement; IT asset
management; IT spares and accessories inventory management; Fixed-line voice and mobile
telephony; Cooling, environmental monitoring and fire suppression; UPS power; access control and
surveillance; New facility build-outs and facility modifications; Partnering Delivery for project IT
requirements; managing user escalations and liaise when necessary with the Systems, Network and
Risk Management to deliver outcomes

* Maintaining company business continuity planning & disaster recovery planning.

Design and develop mobile websites, increase the usability and efficiency for existing websites,
database tuning, schedule periodical database backups for the business network.
* Develop touch screen application for franchise units throughout United Kingdom.
* Design & develop iPhone/iPad ecommerce applications for Jasper’s and link bank’s payment

Liaise with franchise unit managers throughout UK, directors, 3rd
party service providers and others to
ensure smooth running of internal company system, business gateway with commercial Banks and
websites.
* Purchasing IT equipment’s for business network, installing new network system for new sites,
introduce new technologies and identify possible threats for business system and deal with
cybercrimes.
