 Recently installing and Commissioning New level Trolls & Level Transmitters (MAGENTROL) for all vessel’s.
 Calibrating difference types of temperature element such as a Thermocouple & RTD'S using FLUKE 9171 Metrologwell.
 Diagnostics of various instruments used in petrochemical like capacitance type level transmitter, Additional Hands on fire & gas instruments like smoke detector, fusible plug, Gas detector (Ventis MX4).
 Routine check-up of dew point sensor & trans meter calibration, Cable junction box and ensure Ground flare & pilot lines.
 Routine check-up SCADA server, SCADA Panel fuses and Zenier barrier status, system cabin a fans status, UPS battery backup level.
 Monthly Joint Calibration done with our supplier (GAIL INDIA LTD).
 Report repeated breakdowns and assist in various inspections to identify an optimum solution to resolve the problem &Used computerized maintenance system to order the spare from the warehouse and maintained records of calibration made, all maintenance work completed.

 Installation & commissioning of CCTV system and troubleshooting in CCTV DVR’S, IP camera’s and successfully diagnose and rectify a wide range of CCTV and cable distortion faults, etc.,
