Duties & Responsibilities
•Attend all project meetings with clients, project team, and top management.
•Help develop the Projects Charter
•Help develop service agreements and contracts with sub-consultants and suppliers
•Help develop and update the Project Management Plan at all stages of the project
•Help develop and update all project management documents such as the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Project Schedule, Project Budget, responsibilities assignment matrix (RAM), Change Log, Risk Register, and Lessons Learned.
•Develop status reports for projects for top management
•Ensure that the QA/QC practices are well implemented by all team members throughout the project
•Ensure that all deliverables for each stage submittal are complete and in proper manner
•Help generate invoices and follow up on financial issues with clients
•Help develop Variation Orders with project manager
•Perform all needed communications with clients, project team, and top management
•Carry out and moderate meetings with project team on behalf of the project manager
•Day-to-day follow up with project team on progress and pending issues
•Provide on the spot advice and guidance to all team members in line with project management plan
•Provide help and guidance to proposals department regarding project management issues for prospect projects

A 102, 000 m2 state of the art mall and shopping center in the city of Jubail
•Knowledge Economic City - Plot N26 and Plot N30 (Al-Madina Al-Munawara, KSA)
Zone S is part of the well know Saraya Al Aqaba Project in Aqaba-Jordan, which is made up of 94 luxury villas as well as shared outdoor spaces with a total built-up area of 27, 000 m2 and a site area of 50, 000 m2
•Marsa Al Qawareb (Al-Aqaba, Jordan)
A new university campus with 10 various college buildings with a total built up area of 270, 000 m2 and an area of 113, 000 m2 of landscape and infrastructure works.
The KEC is intended to be a new gateway for Al-Madina, plot N26 is part of KEC and it consists of 5 residential towers with a total built up area of 60, 000 m2, while N30 plot consists of an outdoor style shopping center, management offices, a gym and a Mosque with a total built up area of 10, 000 m2
•Saraya Al Aqaba - Zone S (Al-Aqaba, Jordan)
This iconic project is intended to help develop the old boat marina in the tourist city of Aqaba in Jordan, it has a boat maintenance building, a fish market, as well as a commercial building with a total built up area of 20, 000 m2 it also has a water canal for small canoes for tourists as well as a large landscape for public use
•Passengers Station for the Tourist Train (Al-Aqaba, Jordan)
In the vision of ADC to uplift the tourism industry in the city of Aqaba this project have been designed as part of renovating the existing rail road between Aqaba and Wadi Rum. This project consists of a passenger station as well as a commercial center with a built up area of 2, 000 m2 and the development of a 7 km long street, the project has an Othman architectural concept in the spirit to link to the heritage of the Othman rail road

Duties & Responsibilities
•Structural design of concrete buildings which requires designing for earthquake loads (as per UBC-97 or IBC-2009) and wind loads (as per ASCE 7-11).
•Structural design of steel structures using STAAD.
•Structural drawings preparations.
•Structural reports preparations.
•Experience in preparing shop drawings for various types of structural elements
