• Assist with negotiations for space contracts book event space accordingly, arrange food and beverage requirements, order supplies/audiovisual equipment, make travel arrangements, arranging logistics, order event signs, and ensure appropriate decor (floral, linens, color schemes, etc.) to meet the quality expectations.
• Conduct research, make site visits and find resources to help the sales team make decisions about event possibilities
• Close out event deals
• Documentation and reporting of event activities
• Constant communication with guests and ensuring their satisfaction
