the project scope is to develop, sell and construct over 485 Villas using Tunnel Form work.

Supervise the implementation of fiber work, including fiber to the home (FTTH) and fiber to the mobile (FTTM),
starting from survey work up to the completion of civil work, including excavation and paving.
• Day-to-day sites supervision to ensure the excavation work and the fiber implementation work, such as the
installation of handholes (HH), manholes (MH), fiber ducts, and telecommunication equipment, is performed
according to drawings and STC standards.
• Prepare a progress report of the implementation work to maintain the schedule.
❖ Some additional tasks:
o Obtaining an excavation permits from the municipality by using the “Balady” platform.
o Preparation of excavation path sketch (Koroki) using Google Earth.

Review the design submittals of contractors to ensure the design is done according to the contract specifications and Saudi Building code.

Review shop drawings and submittals from contractors as the work proceeds.

Site inspection and material testing to ensure the work is meeting the required quality standards.

Ensure the execution of work is according to drawings and specifications.
