• Prepare technical and financial proposals for the company’s solutions (Security, VTS, Health Care, NID, e-government, ePassports).
• Projects Coordinator: arrange for meetings, assign tasks and follow up with the involved team, write MOM and set a plan for the coming meetings in order to hit the deadline.
• Prepare documents responding on RFPs, RFIs and RFQs
• Review RFP for ambiguity, errors, discrepancies, omissions or other deficiencies and prepare Summary for CEO/ GM
• Arrange for Kick off Meetings in order to discuss and document questions for submission to Client and distribute responsibilities among departments.
• Design the solution architecture (as advised) using Ms Visio.
• Contact the involved 3rd parties in the bid to obtain the quotation and the solution from their side.
• Prepare the cost Sheet and discuss it with the account department
• Prepare Power Point Presentations
• Maintain the Department Database such as: Teams Curriculum Vitae, references, Technical and Financial templates and the formal letters
• Prepare and Update marketing materials such as the company profile, write ups or any other needed documents.
